Our boxed sandwiches and salads are presented in biodegradable containers and include biodegradable service ware. The following lunches are served with a soft drink or bottled water, dried fruit and choice of cookie, brownie, or rice crispy bar. If indicated that the lunch comes with a composed side salad, please choose one option from the composed grain, pasta or potato salads on pages 24-25. All lunches will come with the same composed side salad (garden and fruit salads are not available as a side salad option) and the same dessert option. ❚ Gluten-free buns are available for an additional $.75. ❚ Boxed lunches can be picked up in our Hawk Shop or delivered for an additional $20.00 fee. ❚ For orders of 50 or more, limit to 4 entrée options. SEARED EGGPLANT SABIH WRAP Seared eggplant seasoned with coriander chutney, hard-boiled egg, shredded romaine, diced cucumbers, tomato, green onion and tahini sauce in a whole wheat wrap.
