Pitch Story Exclusive to Sotheby’s International Realty Public Relations Department - Within 48 hours of the listing agreement being executed. 8. Private E-mail Campaign to Top Sotheby’s International Realty Brokers and Top Texas Brokers - Withing 48 hours of marketing receiving both video and photography. 9. Listing Agent will Pitch Property to Targeted Prospective Buyers Through Printed and Digital Marketing - Will begin targeting once received brochures and custom website is active.

Marketing will not use The Lambermont or the Terrell Castle on any promotions for this property.


FULL MARKETING LAUNCH A separate marketing strategy can be based on leveraging our proprietary marketing opportunities locally, nationally, and globally that are only available to Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates. The following steps would be executed for the property:

1. Architectural Photography - Completed in Quiet Launch. 2. Professional Property Video - Completed in Quiet Launch. 3. Public Website - Immediately upon laucnhing in Multiple Listing Service. 4. Sotheby’s Exclusive Global Property Syndication - Completed in Quiet Launch. 5. Multiple Listing Syndication - Within 24 hours of approval from seller. 6. Custom Property Brochures - Completed in Quiet Launch and ordered if necessary. 7. E-mail to Top Sotheby’s International Realty Brokers in the Country - On a Monthly basis. 8. E-mail Campaign to Top Local Brokers - Within 24 hours of being launched on the Multiple Listing Service. 9. Local Press Release - Once agreed its necessary and approved by both seller and listing agent. 11. Private, Invitation-Only Broker Event - Once agreed its necessary and approved by both seller and listing agent. 12. Social Media Advertising - Within first week of launching Multiple Listing Service. In addition, as often as listing agent feels necessary. 13.
