Nonetheless, that’s exactly what Kathleen did and I have absolutely no doubt that this was the gateway that ultimately sold this house for $1,800,000!
Unfortunately, our contract was a little more complicated due to the fact that our buyers wanted more than one of our lots, but Kathleen’s skills and professionalism continued to shine! She waded through every single document and provided valuable input that ultimately restructured a ton of what the other agent was proposing! This protected us in more ways than one and just reassured me why we need good agents in this world!
I deal with commercial realtors on a daily basis and I would certainly put Kathleen up against any of them! She’s unmatched when it comes to character, commitment and level of knowledge!
