New builds and extensive remodels in communities like Rivercrest will pick up considerably, leading to strong appreciation.Additionally Rivercrest will pull back on values less compared to other parts of Westlake over the next 12 months. Looking into 2024 you will be leading edge for the area in terms of appreciation. Strategically, we would be looking for ways to add creative value. Doing an extensive outdoor living space/landscape work, or larger renovation job inside will yield strong numbers when you look to sell.
