A LICENSE HOLDER CAN REPRESENT A PARTY IN A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION: AS AGENT FOR OWNER (SELLER/LANDLORD): The broker becomes the property owner's agent through an agreement with the owner, usually in a wriƩen lisƟng to sell or property management agreement.
