Carl began his full-time career in real estate in 2006 after spending 10 years in investment management. His interest in real estate was first as an investor buying property for himself and remodeling homes for sale or rental. Soon after he began helping others find and acquire property and his real estate business took off from there. “For many years I planned to go back to my former career in financial services, but I found a passion for real estate and the ability to truly help my clients, much as I did in finance.
