Meet Greg Vassaur

The son of a career military man, Greg's global travels afforded him the experience to interact with people from all walks of life. At an early age, Greg understood the value of listening, connecting, and 'putting yourself in someone else's shoes.' After spending his early career in mortgage loan origination and executive management of a large-scale mortgage closing services business, Greg realized his passion was assisting others. Having called Austin home since 1996, moving into real estate was the natural progression to incorporate his vast understanding of lending, and lending related activities, with his love for Austin and Central Texas. To provide ultimate MLS exposure, we are currently members of the Austin MLS, Central Texas MLS, and Highland Lakes MLS. This equates to approx 40k Agents/Brokers within Central Texas.

SIGNAGE

Custom For Sale signage installed on the property. This will occur within 2-7 days prior to "going live," on the MLS. Signage will included Brokerage contact information as well as Listing Agent's contact information.

PROPERTY BROCHURES

Professional, two-fold or tri-fold brochures will be created detailing property specifics and hihglights of the home. These can be used as takeaways for prospective buyers that will include brokerage info as well as builder information.

COMING SOON POSTCARDS

Direct mail will be sent to a targeted list of potential builders, developers, and high net worth clients in the area.

JUST LISTED POSTCARDS

All listings will be posted to The Lewis Group website. IF any of our team has prospective buyers going to our website, they will be able to access your listing.

OPEN HOUSES

Open houses are done at varying times depending on levels of traffic. All open houses are accompanied by notification via MLS, emails blasts, social media engagement, and word of mouth.

Broker Open houses are done at varying times depending on levels of traffic. All open houses are accompanied by notification via MLS, emails blasts, social media engagement, and word of mouth. These are often beneficial when we are not certain of our pricing and may host a broker open prior to going live on the MLS.

PROPERTY TOURS

We are starting to see these pop up much more now that market conditions have changed. We will engage in these tours going forward in hopes of bringing the right buyer or at a minimum feedback on the home. These tours are for Agents and Brokers however anytime we attend one, a public open house will correspond with the property tour.

BROKERAGE HIGHLIGHTS
