A Company of Servant-Leaders At many firms, the owner juggles being the designated broker, manager, trainer, and bookkeeper, all while doing their own real estate deals. At Keller Williams, our full-time leadership team in each Market Center is committed to serving you at the highest level.

Operating Principal Operating Principals are partners with their Team Leaders and are responsible for bringing capital, leadership, vision, and accountability. They are also responsible for developing relationships in the community, resulting in opportunities for growth of the Market Centers’ agents. Unique to BKCO Brokerages is the “Top Agents” quarterly mastermind in which Ben Kinney (as modeled by his coach Gary Keller, KW Co-founder) provides the offices’ top producers an opportunity to mastermind with real estate industry leaders. They recruit, train and consult, ensuring a smooth-running team.

Team Leader Team Leaders are partners with the Operating Principal, and together they are focused on growing agents’ businesses and their Market Centers. As the CEO, they set the standards, provide the vision, maintain the culture and inspire achievement. Seminars, classes, coaching and mastermind sessions are all things that a Team Leader includes into the training calendar, so they may serve their Market Centers at the highest possible level. They embody the KW culture and have great vision for their Market Centers!

Assistant Team Leader Assistant Team Leaders work with the Team Leader to recruit new talent and coach existing associates, manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance, assist or lead sales and business meetings, and research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in market.

Designated and Reviewing Brokers Designated Brokers and Reviewing Brokers are experienced agents who have successfully passed additional exams and hold Managing Broker Licenses. They work as intermediaries between sellers and buyers of real estate. 25


Market Center Administrator Market Center Administrators work in partnership with their Team Leaders and Operating Principals to collaboratively drive the Market Center to profitability and growth. As the Market Centers’ CFOs, they are leaders in strategic financial decision-making. They ensure that appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained. They are the agents’ resource for production reports, commission disbursements, and the processing of those checks.

Assistant Market Center Administrator Assistant Market Center Administrators work with our agents and leadership to ensure agents receive commission checks in a timely manner, reports are updated, and assist the leadership team in reaching goals by providing highest level of service to our agents.

Productivity Coach The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader and Market Center Administrator as part of the Market Center’s leadership team. The Productivity Coach’s main responsibility is to increase the productivity of non-capping associates to obtain a capper level.

Director of First Impressions The Director of First Impressions aids in the overall function of the team, managing team communications, publications, and the overall workflow of the office.

Agent Services Director Agent Services Directors assist their Team Leaders with the recruitment of new agents and the onboarding process. They also manage their Team Leaders’ contacts and reminders, help plan office events, and assist with new agent transitions as well as get involved with agent training and the management of in-house marketing programs.

Tech Ambassadors Tech Ambassadors conduct comprehensive training on KW Technology products for the associates in their Market Center, advise their ALC about KW Technology as it relates to their area, serve as a resource and advocate on social media and internal KW channels, and gather information to suggest improvements for KW products. 26
