Pre-Listing Preparation
Selling a home can be a high-stress and time-consuming endeavor if you chose the wrong agent To get the best price for your home, the process includes knowing what cost-effective or no-cost improvements to make in order to get the best return, recommending and overseeing the right vendors, preparing the disclosures and other legal documents, effectively staging the home to get noticed and sold, correctly pricing the home to attract buyers, marketing the home, negotiating the offers, and smoothly going through escrow. Not just anybody can master all of these tasks. You need a great realtor.
