Ownership& Leadership

Sam Benner lives and breathes marketing A third generation Venturan, he attended St Bonaventure High School and spent his only time outside of the county attending Stanford University There he graduated with a degree in Communications, a Pac 10 Championship, and played in the Rose Bowl on the first day of 2000

After working in the music industry and as a title rep for First American Title, he opened an online marketing firm 7 years and hundreds of campaigns later, he now specializes in new media marketing, including social media and mobile, and speaks on these topics throughout the year at workshops and conventions.

He has now returned to his first love, real estate, and is excited to pair his passion for marketing with his passion for helping people into the best possible real estate buying and/or selling experience he can give his clients

Once an associate of ours hits their “cap,” they make 100% commission for the rest of their anniversary year. We make it simple to go from paying a commission split to keeping your full commission and coach you how to get there as quickly as possible.

Here is the breakdown of how fast you will go from paying a commission split to keeping your full commission:

as a new agent, the commission split is 70/ 30. 70% to the agent and 30% to the brokerage

when our agents cap, they have the option to advance their commission split based on their production (for example 75/25 or 80/20)

an average new agent with a 70/30 split can cap after closing around $5.5 million in closed transactions and receive 100% commission within their anniversary
