Virtual Tech Trainers have a deep knowledge of KW Command and the skills to connect with agents to explain and execute features through zoom appointments.
Troubleshooting & Questions
Virtual Tech Trainers are experts in Command and know how to handle questions. They will determine if an issue is related to a glitch or user error and proceed accordingly. Questions will be answered promptly by providing video resources, how-to articles, and offering 1 on 1 assistance via zoom.
Management and Accountability
Tech Trainers are managed by KW Advisors and held accountable to the highest standards of professionalism. We maintain a strong team with the most up-to-date knowledge of KW platforms by meeting internally on a daily basis, attending weekly MCTT KWRI calls, and seeking out new trainings to gain additional perspectives on KW Technology
Advanced Troubleshooting
We troubleshoot more advanced issues like with listing syndication, and escalate issues that have had no response from KW Support for 7 days or more.
Monthly Reporting
We keep track of who and how many on-boardings, recruiting appointments, questions, and trouble shooting issues we handle for each office. Tracking will be reported on a monthly basis.
