Following an offer, I contact all interested parties, review offer terms and raises all counter- offer options with you. The contract is negotiated and accepted, and the transaction summary is circulated to all parties.
Completing the Close 9
The property appraisal is completed and all the closing documents have been signed off. I then arrange the final walkthrough at which time the keys are handed over to the buyer.
