Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens, is a classic holiday tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, a cheerless miser, who learns the true meaning of Christmas when confronted by his past, present, and future by well meaning ghosts. Dickens wrote A Christmas Carol in 1843. He finished the story in only six weeks. In a matter of weeks, it became the most successful book of the Christmas season. ‘n chant de Noël, par Charles DICKENS, est un conte classique racontant l’histoire de Ebenezer SCROOGE, un miséreux triste, qui apprend le véritable sens de Noël lorsqu’il est confronté à son passant, son présent et son futur par des fantômes bienveillants. DICKENS a écrit Un Chant de Noël en 1843. Il termina l’histoire en seulement six semaines. En quelques semaines, il devint le conte de Noël le plus célèbre.

Christmas Carol, door Charles Dickens, is een klassiek kerstverhaal over Ebenezer Scrooge, een gierige vrek, die de ware betekenis van Kerst leert wanneer hij geconfronteerd wordt met de geesten van kerstmis verleden, heden en toekomst. In 1843 Dickens schreef “A Christmas Carol” in slechts zes weken tijd en binnen een aantal weken werd dit het meest succesvolle boek van het kerstseizoen. in Weihnachtslied von Charles Dickens ist eine Weihnachtsgeschichte über Ebenezer Scrooge, ein trauriger Geizhals, der mit der wahren Bedeutung von Weihnachten erfuhr, als er mit der Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und mit der Zukunft von einem wohlgesinnten Geist konfrontiert wurde. Dickens schrieb das Weihnachtslied 1843. Er vollendete die Geschichte in nur 6 Wochen. In wenigen Wochen wurde es das erfolgreichste Buch über die Weihnachtszeit.
