A Transaction Coordinator manages the coordination and processing of all information and documents/ paperwork/ agreements pertaining to the transaction for the Agent. The TC maintains a fully executed transaction file in Dotloop with all necessary documents/ paperwork/ agreements as required by state law and our Broker.
HOW MUCH DOESÂ TRANSACTION COORDINATION COST? Listing Coordination is $250 per transaction, buyer or seller.

AGENT LEADERSHIP COUNCIL The Agent Leadership Council is made up of the top 20% of the agents in our office. This dynamic "Board of Directors" is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. The ALC has four areas of responsibility: Growth, Productivity, Profitability and Culture. The monthly ALC meeting is help on the fourth Tuesday of each month, and all of our agents are invited and encouraged to attend. During the meeting, we review profit and loss statements, discuss our educational and training platforms and share ideas to find the best ways to make the office more successful. Because we allow ALL of our agents to have a say in how our company is run and work with us as business partners instead of "independent contractors," our agents share a true passion for making sure that Keller Williams Key Partners is the best place to run a real estate business.
KW CARES
Est. in 2003, KW Cares is a 501 (c)(3) public charity that raises money through KW offices worldwide to provide emergency financial assistance to any member of the KW family in need, as well as other charities aligned with our mission and values. KW Cares is the heart of KW culture in action! It embodies finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving the communities, market centers and regions where KW associates live and work. KW Cares is committed to supporting associates in need during times of crisis.
RED DAY RED Day is held in honor of KWRI's Vice Chairman of the Board, Mo Anderson. Every year on the second Thursday of May, our office participates along with tens of thousands of other KW associates in a vast array of projects that serve our communities.
