Jill Brodrick Born in Garland. Went to school in Dallas. Graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Education. I have three kids, Matthew, 23, Julianne 21, Michael 21. Matthew works for Apple and is in school, and Julianne and Michael are both Juniors at the University of Oklahoma. I got my RE license in 2007. After selling in the DFW area until 2015, my family transferred to South Florida from 2015-2018. While there, I also got my RE license and sold with a high producing team until I was offered the Leadership Position of Productivity Coach in Coral Springs, FL. I discovered with that role, I found my true passion to be able to teach and mentor agents as well as recruit. It was such a great fit for me to combine my love of teaching and Real Estate. In 2018, Dallas came calling and we were able to head back home. I have been selling since my return and there is no market I am more passionate about than the DFW area. I currently live in Dallas. My entire family is here in the area with my parents living just a little over a mile from me, a brother in Allen, a brother in Legacy and a sister in Dallas. When I am not working, I have an amazing group of friends, love to exercise or anything outdoors, travel and cooking.
Angie Jones Angie Jones received her real estate license in 2017 and prior to getting her real estate license she worked as a fraud accountant for 5 years from 2005-2010, restaurant accountant for 5 years from 2010-2015 and at Keller Williams as a Market Center Administrator from 2016-2017. Her passions for accounting comes from a strong desire to help other with her skill set in accounting. Angie enjoys volunteering her in local church and community. Currently, Angie is a CASA volunteer. As a CASA, Angie has advocated within the court system for the safety of children in foster care.

Whether you like numbers or not, the path is in the math and the only thing that can help fight emotional sellers (or buyers) is logic and logic comes from statistical evidence. ChartMaster's exclusive monthly and quarterly reports go beyond the "Party Chatter" every agent should know - average sales price, days on market, original list to sales ratio, and number of sales. We dig deep, diving into price reductions and failed listings and the effect they have on key statistics sellers and buyers need to know in order to make the best decisions. In addition, you'll find county, city and ISD comparison reports as well as a luxury properties and townhome reports. By understanding these statistical numbers, you will be able to confidently tackle any listing appointment, objection or price reduction conversation thrown your way! Currently, Keller Williams LEGACY is the only office in the entire state of Texas with access to these reports.
The Keller Williams Profit Share System The concept of the profit share system came from Gary Keller himself around 1986. Upon overhauling this new real estate company that saw plenty of skilled agents come and go, Keller set his eyes on programs that would incentivize staying with the company. These programs would focus on what many good agents were desperately in search of in a real estate company: A better deal and greater revenue. Thus, 1987 brought a revenue-sharing system, transitioning to a Keller Williams profit share change just two years later. A profit share system within real estate companies isn’t unique by any means. Yet, no other company has been able to create a profit share system that stands the test of time, encourages agents to pledge their loyalty to the company, and refers a massive number of new agents to the brokerage quite like Keller Williams’ has. Many companies who have tried (and failed) ended up missing out on profits or having to shutter their doors entirely.
There are four steps to Profit Share employed every month:
