Collin County What's in the Collin County data? The market for detached residential units saw 1,041 closed sales at a median price of $480k, and 18.2% of properties sold above their list price. There was a total of 874 new listings, providing a 2 month supply with an average of 20 days on the market without price reduction. The market for condo and townhome units saw 56 closed sales at a median price of $410k, and 25% of properties sold above their list price. There were 63 new listings, providing a 3.2 month supply with an average of 15 days on the market without price reduction.
