Jill Brodrick Born in Garland. Went to school in Dallas. Graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Education. I have three kids, Matthew, 21, Julianne 19, Michael 19. Matthew works for Apple and is in school, and Julianne and Michael are both Freshmen at the University of Oklahoma. I got my RE license in 2007. After selling in the DFW area until 2015, my family transferred to South Florida from 2015-2018. While there, I also got my RE license and sold with a high producing team until I was offered the Leadership Position of Productivity Coach in Coral Springs, FL. I discovered with that role, I found my true passion to be able to teach and mentor agents as well as recruit. It was such a great fit for me to combine my love of teaching and Real Estate. In 2018, Dallas came calling and we were able to head back home. I have been selling since my return and there is no market I am more passionate about than the DFW area. I currently live in Dallas. My entire family is here in the area with my parents living just a little over a mile from me, a brother in Allen, a brother in Plano and a sister in Dallas. When I am not working, I have an amazing group of friends, love to exercise or anything outdoors, travel and cooking.
Angie Jones Angie Jones received her real estate license in 2017 and prior to getting her real estate license she worked as a fraud accountant for 5 years from 2005-2010, restaurant accountant for 5 years from 2010-2015 and at Keller Williams as a Market Center Administrator from 2016-2017. Her passions for accounting comes from a strong desire to help other with her skill set in accounting. Angie enjoys volunteering her in local church and community. Currently, Angie is a CASA volunteer. As a CASA, Angie has advocated within the court system for the safety of children in foster care.

Closed Loop Training is about following a sequence of steps to ensure that each learning experience is set up properly, monitored, supported and evaluated. Following this model, you will have the opportunity to: RECEIVE A NEW PLAN: Training begins with a new plan for how to do a task. The plan might include an outline of steps in a process or notes about key points. RECEIVE TRAINING INPUT: You will receive and absorb information on how to do a task. For example. you may attend a training, watch a video or review material. TAKE ACTION: You will implement what you have learned and put it into action. MEASURE OUTPUT: Your performance output must be observed and measured. RECEIVE FEEDBACK: It is important for you to receive feedback on the quality of your results. This consulting opportunity is essential to the process. "What happened?" Regular feedback sessions will be scheduled with your leader. EVALUATE: The Evaluate step involves assessing the success of the training (learning experience) "What did you learn" Was this learning approach effective for you? REINFORCE or CHANGE: The Reinforce or Change step is critical. The leaders must determine whether this training should continue on the same path, if it should be modified or if it should be stopped.
