The year 2023 has already been an exciting year for the healthcare industry in Johns Creek and there is much more on the way!

The city has 325 Life Science Industry businesses within it’s borders and an additional 18 Life Science businesses are members of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, which makes health, fitness and innovation the #1 industry in the city and beyond.

2024 will bring the opening of Boston Scientific’s newest expansion on Johns Creek Parkway, on the (previous) State Farm property. On June 28th, 2022, Governor Brian P. Kemp announced that Boston Scientific, a leading manufacturer of medical devices used in interventional medical specialties, will construct a new manufacturing and supply chain facility in Johns Creek. The $62.5 million investment is expected to bring roughly 340 new jobs to Fulton County over the next seven years. “We are thrilled that Boston Scientific has chosen Johns Creek for their state-of-the-art facility,” said Johns Creek Mayor John Bradberry. “By locating in our Town Center, Boston Scientific underscores Johns Creek as a leading destination for healthcare innovation and wellness.”
