Adanac Hill Pavilion Year 2 - Semester 2 April 2018 Individual The pavilion is an extention of the landscape on the Adanac ski hill and is influenced by the rock within the ground and the forest around it. The building has three floors for multpile uses including community gathering spaces and outdoor activity spaces. The building sits on top of the hill with a view of the entire city of Sudbury. The pavilion extends out its use to be a main point of intersection for skiers to take a break at the top of the hill.

Oculus Prime Year 1 14 Team Members February 2017 The task was to build an ice station for the community. The dome is put together using hexagon and pentagon pieces. The pavilion was put together without the use of any tools or nails. Twine and dowels were used to hold all of the pieces together and proved to be very strong. The pavilion was placed on the skating path for community members to skate by and take a rest if needed. The pieces are easy to disassemble for relocation.

Liard Hot Springs Park Year 2 - Semester 1 4 Team Members Feb 2018 This was a study about the form and architectural history of the park. The building has changing facilities for both men and women on opposite sides. There is a board walk that cuts through the building and into the hot springs.

Tripod Trail Year 3 - Semester 1 13 Team Members October 2018 This project was put together as an installation that would allow kids from the community to play croquet and interact with. The installation consisted of 8 tripods. The tripods are put together using several 2x4’s. The tripods are fully adjustable and can reach up to ten feet. A wooden mallet is used to begin the game with a swing and release. Two teeter totters are in place for kids to place croquet balls in and to move through the installation.

Birch Bark Canoe Year 2 - Semester 2 30 Team Members April 2018 There is a traditionional significance for the birch bark canoe and I was lucky to learn the construction methods for it. The canoe is made up up birch bark and is molded and woven together with roots to make up this canoe along with the complex framing on the interior. Each canoe has its own intricate design and meaning and can range from various sizes.
