Brownfield Redevelopment Our passion for restoring these sites is immeasurable. LaBella’s approach to brownfield redevelopment is to define a strategy that will serve as a catalyst for revitalization. While the necessity for change is easily seen, the key parcels, most highly leveraged opportunities, probable costs, and other obstacles might be ambiguous. We go beyond validation of the obvious to provide informed responses to the many important and strategic questions that remain unanswered in brownfield redevelopment.
