The pursuit of partnership is embedded in our culture—has been since our inception in 1978.

We started out as a civil engineering firm but quickly realized diversity of talent is the key to tackling big challenges. Our services continue to expand so that we’re built to expertly execute projects from start to finish.

Today, our wheelhouse is broad, with four key service offerings: Buildings, Energy, Infrastructure, and Environmental.

• Propel is a comprehensive leadership development program that accepts a cohort of 16-18 students annually. It’s a transformative program that combines training, coaching, and self-directed projects.

• LaBella University provides more than just lunch and learns: it’s a holistic approach to training and development designed to give our employees opportunities to further their professional and personal development and build institutional knowledge.
