Expenses 2013 The Parliamentary Standards Allowance came into effect on 1st March 2010 under the Oireachtas (allowances and facilities) Regulations, 2010 (SI84/2010) The PSA is composed of two payments: • Travel and accommodation allowance –As a Minister of State I am ineligible for this allowance • The Public Representation Allowance, for which I choose the fully vouched option, is detailed below.
