Preserving the harvest Labrosse Farm is proud to introduce our small batch ketchups and jam made from vineripened Michigan heirloom tomatoes. Our good food commitment includes supporting local farmers and small-scale agriculture with an emphasis on Michigan ingredients grown naturally, without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Located in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit, we’ve been a familiar face at area farmers’ markets since 2006. In the spring we specialize in naturally grown, heirloom tomato and pepper transplants for local gardeners. Later in the season when the crops are producing on our small urban farm, we return to market selling fresh fruit and vegetables. Preserving the harvest allows for sourcing from local farms, along with the Labrosse Farm harvest of heirloom tomatoes, heirloom peppers, and garlic - the key ingredients in every jar. mo on re inf bac o k!
