Diamant-Abrichtwerkzeuge Diamond Dressing Tools Werkzeugauswahl Tool Selection Einzel-Profilabrichtdiamanten Single Point Profile Dressing Tools Einzel-Abrichtdiamanten eignen sich für das Geradeabrichten von Schleifscheiben sowie das Abrichten einfacher Profile. Je nach Diamant-Qualität haben die Diamanten mehrere Naturspitzen, die durch Umfassen (Reparatur-Service) einsatzbereit werden. Einweg-Abrichtdiamanten mit einer Arbeitsspitze lassen sich nicht umfassen. Single point diamond dressing tools are suitable for flat dressing of grinding wheels as well as for dressing profiles. Depending on the diamond quality the diamonds have several natural points which will be ready for use by resetting. Disposable diamond single point dressers with one point cannot be reset.

Profil-Abrichtdiamanten Shaped Diamond Dressers Profil-Abrichtdiamanten finden ihren Einsatz, wo höchste Profilgenauigkeit erforderlich ist. Abhängig von der Diamantgröße ist ein mehrfaches Nachschleifen möglich (Reparatur-Service). Shaped diamond dressers are used where highest profile precision is necessary. Depending on the diamond size they can be resharpened several times (repair service).

Vielkorn-Abrichtdiamanten Diamond Multi Point Dressers Diamant-Abrichtplatten sind zeitgemäße Universal-Abrichtwerkzeuge zum Geradeabrichten und Profilieren. Konstantes Einsatzverhalten während der gesamten Lebensdauer zeichnen diese Werkzeuge aus. Sie ersetzen in vielen Fällen Einzel- bzw. Profil-Abrichtdiamanten. Diamond dressing blades are modern universal dressing tools for flat dressing and profile dressing. These tools excel in constant performance during the entire tool life. In many cases they replace single point respectively shaped diamond dressers.

Vielkorn-Abrichtdiamanten sind nur einsetzbar zum Geradeabrichten von Umfang- und Planflächen. Als robustes Abrichtwerkzeug sind Vielkorn-Abrichtdiamanten einfach zu handhaben und ersetzen in vielen Fällen den Einzel-Abrichtdiamanten. Ein großer Vorteil sind höhere Abrichtvorschubgeschwindigkeiten und Zustellbeträge sowie die Möglichkeit, nahezu alle Schleifscheibenkörnungen von grob bis fein abzurichten. Diamond multi point dressers can only be used for flat dressing of periphery and lateral faces. As robust dressing tools multi point dressers are easy to handle and often replace the diamond single point dresser. Important advantages are higher dressing feed rates and infeeds as well as the possibility to dress almost all grinding wheel grain sizes from coarse to fine.

Diamant-Aggregate sind ähnlich aufgebaut wie Vielkorn-Abrichtdiamanten und auch nur für den Einsatz Geradeabrichten von Umfang- und Planflächen geeignet. Haupteinsatzgebiet ist jedoch das Abrichten feiner und feinster Schleifscheibenkörnungen. Durch geringen Schnittdruck sehr gut geeignet für Innenschleifkörper und Spitzprofil-Schleifscheiben. Diamond grit dressers have a similar structure as diamond multi point dressers and are only suitable for flat dressing of periphery and lateral faces. Their main field of application, however, is dressing fine and finest grinding wheel grains. Due to the low cutting pressure they are suitable especially for dressing internal bonded abrasives and grinding wheels with V-profile.

Durch die punktförmige Berührung von Diamantnadeln haben Rädchen ähnliche Funktionsmerkmale wie Einzel-Abrichter. Viele einzelne Diamantnadeln können durch Weiterdrehen der Reihe nach verbraucht werden. Diamond wheel dressers are used, according to their design, for flat dressing (especially for centerless grinding) and for profiling. Due to the punctual contact of the diamond needles the wheel dressers have similar operating features as single point dressers. Many individual diamond needles can be used one after the other by turning.

Diamant-Vielkorn-Handabrichter sind Universal-Abrichtwerkzeuge zum Handabrichten auf Schleifböcken bzw. aller Arten von Schleifscheiben. Durch Verwendung von Kleindiamanten und einer speziellen Sintermetallbindung ist Trockenabrichten problemlos möglich. Diamond multi point hand dressers are universal dressing tools for hand dressing on bench stand grinders respectively for all kinds of grinding wheels. Due to the use of small diamonds and a special sintered-powder metal bond dry dressing is possible without any problems.

Drebodress -PKD-Dreikant-Abrichtplatten sind eine moderne Alternative zu diversen Abrichtwerkzeugen für den Einsatz Geradeabrichten bzw. Profilieren. Bevorzugt verwendbar beim Abrichten feiner bis mittlerer Schleifscheiben auf Innenschleifmaschinen. Drebodress® PCD triangular dressing blades are a modern alternative to various dressing tools for flat dressing respectively profiling applications - preferred for the dressing of fine to medium grinding wheels on internal grinding machines.

Einzel-Abrichtdiamanten Diamond Single Point Dressers Nach wie vor bietet der Einzel-Diamant die Gewähr, “universell” abzurichten. LACH-DIAMANT empfiehlt dazu, einzelne Diamanten nicht zu klein zu wählen, denn Klein-Diamanten - einzeln zum Angriff gebracht - verschleissen schnell beim Abrichten mittlerer und großer Schleifscheiben-Durchmesser und -Breiten. The single point diamond still offers the assurance to dress universally. LACH-DIAMANT recommends to choose the single diamonds large enough, because single diamonds, when subjected to the task, wear rapidly when dressing medium and large grinding wheel diameters and widths.

Für mittlere Schleifscheibenhärten gelten allgemeine Richtlinien entsprechend Tabelle. Bei besonders harten Schleifscheiben empfiehlt es sich, den jeweils nächst größeren Diamant zu verwenden. Im Interesse einer guten Stabilität der Werkzeugschneide sollte der größtmögliche Winkel und Radius gewählt werden, den das Scheibenprofil zuläßt. Only the best and especially selected natural diamond grades are used for LACH shaped diamond dressers. For good cutting edge stability choose the largest possible angle and radius which the grinding wheel profile allows.

Diamant-Abrichtwerkzeuge Diamond Dressing Tools Einsatzhinweise Instructions for Use · Diamant-Abrichtwerkzeug kurz und schwingungsfrei einspannen. The diamond dressing tool should be clamped at the maximum fixture length, clamping must be free from vibrations.

· Kräftigen, ununterbrochenen Kühlmittelstrom für hohe Abrichter-Lebensdauer stets vor Abrichtbeginn einschalten. Before starting the dressing operation turn on a strong, constant coolant flow for a long tool life of the dressing tool.

· Bei normaler Schleifscheibengeschwindigkeit abrichten. Use a normal grinding wheel speed for dressing.

· Abrichtzustellung und Abrichtseitenvorschub siehe bitte nachstehende Tabelle: höhere Zustellungen oder größere Vorschübe verringern die Abrichterlebensdauer. Dressing infeed and radial dressing feed are indicated in the following table. Higher infeeds or feeds reduce the dressing tool life.
