Alberta Parks invites you to the new community hall at Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park, where music and the island’s own natural soundtrack come together. Monthly concerts feature talent from across North America, bringing everything from jazz tunes to folk rhythms.

Portage College proudly displays authentic Indigenous artworks, both historic and modern. Among the pieces on display are never-before-seen works by internationally known artists Joseph Sanchez, Alex Janvier, Jane Ash Poitras and Jason Carter.

PLAMONDON JAMBOREE

June 12 - 14 at Festival Centre, Plamondon

Bring your dancing shoes and practice your two-step, because the country music plays all day long at the Plamondon Jamboree. Musicians from across Western Canada come to strum their guitars, and free onsite camping means you always have VIP access.

Stop by the Visitor Information Centre to start your self-guided tour of the region’s art displays.
