STEVE BALLMER Chairman, LA Clippers
Steve Ballmer is the owner of the LA Clippers NBA basketball team. Ballmer retired as Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft on Feb. 4, 2014. Before becoming CEO in 2000, his roles at Microsoft included president, senior vice president of sales and support, senior vice president of systems software and vice president of marketing. He joined Microsoft in 1980 and was the company’s first business manager. Over his tenure as a top leader, Microsoft pioneered personal computing and democratized enterprise computing growing from almost nothing to a company that employed over 100,000 people, made almost 80 billion in revenue and was the third most profitable company in the United States. Ballmer was born in March 1956, and he grew up near Detroit where his father worked as a manager at Ford Motor Company. Ballmer earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Harvard University. He worked for two years at Procter & Gamble Company as an assistant product manager and attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business before joining Microsoft.
GLENN “DOC” RIVERS President of Basketball Operations and Head Coach
Glenn “Doc” Rivers completed his third regular season in LA as the Clippers President of Basketball Operations and Head Coach. In his 17th season as an NBA head coach, Rivers led the team to a 53-29 (.646) record in 2015-16 and the fourth-seed in the NBA Playoffs. Since his arrival in 2013, Rivers and the Clippers own the third-highest winning percentage in the NBA (166-80, .675) and are one of only three teams with 50+ wins in each of the past three seasons. Rivers recorded his 750th career win with the Clippers 91-81 victory over the Lakers on April 6, 2016. He is just the 16th NBA coach to ever win at least 750 games and joins Gregg Popovich and George Karl as the only active head coaches to do so. Before joining the Clippers, Rivers spent nine seasons with the Celtics, compiling a 416-305 (.576) record and leading the Celtics to the 2007-08 NBA Championship with an NBA-best 66-16 regular season record. Rivers led the Celtics to six Atlantic Division titles, the 2009-10 Eastern Conference Championship and a 59-47 (.556) Playoff record. A product of Proviso East High School in Maywood, Illinois, Rivers earned the nickname “Doc” from former Marquette coach Rick Majerus when he wore a “Dr. J” t-shirt to a summer basketball camp. Rivers earned a pre-law/political science degree from Marquette in 1985. Rivers is the nephew of former NBA player Jim Brewer, and the cousin of former NBA player Byron Irvin and Major League Baseball player Ken Singleton. Rivers and his wife, Kris, have four children: Jeremiah, Callie, Austin and Spencer.
GILLIAN ZUCKER President of Business Operations
Gillian Zucker begins her third season as President of Business Operations of the LA Clippers after spending nine years as the President of Auto Club Speedway, the largest race track on the West Coast. A sports industry veteran, Zucker joined the Clippers in November, 2014. Overseeing all aspects of the team’s Business Operations, Zucker brings a philosophy of transparency and strategic discipline to the Clippers. Among her primary initiatives were spearheading the team’s new logo and brand identity in June, 2015, unveiling a new courtside fan experience, and re-launching the LA Clippers Foundation. Prior to joining the Clippers, Zucker was named President of Auto Club Speedway in June, 2005 and led all facets of the Speedway’s business. She was named one of the top five most powerful women in motorsports by MSN and FOX, and served on the International Speedway Corporation executive management team. A graduate of Hamilton College, Zucker serves on the board of the Young Presidents Organization and acts as the Clippers NBA Alternate Governor.

EXPENSE REPORT INFORMATION
The template below is found in: Public Shared: LA Clippers Emplyee Central / All Employees / LAC EXPENSE REPORT
FILE AN EXPENSE REPORT - THE PROCESS Expense Reports and Approval This policy (found on the Public Shared drive under LA Clippers Employee Central) was created to reimburse employees for actual, reasonable and necessary expenditures incurred while conducting authorized LA Clippers business. The Expense Report and documentation are to be submitted in accordance with this policy and approved by a Vice President or the Chief Financial Officer. When incurring costs for more than one employee, the highest ranking employee must pay for all charges. Submission of expense reports that include a business trip or event generally should take place after the trip or event has occurred, unless prior approval from the Chief Financial Officer was received. Receipt Requirements Receipts must be included for all expenditures of $25 or more. If a receipt is missing or a receipt is illegible, the expense item should be marked as “no receipt” and a note of explanation should be included. Actual receipts (i.e. receipts that are not printable electronic statements but those receive from a grocery store or restaurant) must be taped onto a white sheet of paper instead of just stapling them to the back of the report. Credit card statements and hand written receipts do not constitute an acceptable form of receipt. When submitting airline invoices, all pages must be included. Confirmation documents and airline itineraries are not acceptable forms of receipt. All approved expense reports must be submitted to Accounts Payable at ap@clippers.com. Approved expenses are reimbursed within 15 business days.
