URBAN AGRICULTURE STATION, GREENBELT METRO-STATION The Urban Agriculture Station is a name given to a university-wide competition requesting for an over-grown and under utilized parking area that rests on the outer edge of the Greenbelt Metro-station. The site it the ideal location for an introduction of new and innovative green urban practices, hosting a wide range of user groups.

TROTTERS GLEN, OLNEY, MARYLAND The proposed design for Trotters Glen Residential community introduced innovative and green-powered landscape design targeted towards high-income clientele, representing the first eco-community in Onley, Maryland. The design consisted of three expanded wetlands, eco-architecture and resulted in a 30 percent increase in forestland.

Proposed Purple Line

The goal of the design of Mckeldin Mall aims to create a landscape within the campus that accommodates the proposed Purple Metro-rail. The displayed design works to increase vegetation, reduce vehicular access and promoting environmental education through the use of extended tree canopies, constructed performance platforms and the option of intimate spaces that provide full view of the surrounding landscape.

EVERGREEN MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, BALTIMORE, MARYLAND In my personal design proposal, Infinity Bridge, I merge the natural (native and invasive) landscape with architectural edges to create the opportunity to reveal the beauty of the natural world through the use of on-site material.

WIRE MESH

To cover the bamboo structure to allow visual clarity of outside vegetation.

Sustainable Living Environments

[the future of cityscapes]

Skyscape is a bridge that serve as a ‘green’ connection between two high-riser urban buildings. The bridge will be

pedestrian-only and feature a curved boardwalk, stone pathways, small lawns, a water feature and a small opening (the opening shown above) to view the cityscape beneath.

Landscape Architecture

drawing dreams into reality

I find myself in landscape architecture through my passion and appreciation for the natural environment. It is the subtle, but powerful ability to create dialogue between man and nature through the use of my art that fuels me. I look around me and see the connections between building structures and the natural materials they originate from; I observe how people interact with the world around them and how changing that world can influence their perspectives and outlooks on life. My interest in geological connectivity, artistic creation and regeneration fuel the passion I exuberate for the transformation and future development of the physical environment. Every great creation begins with an idea, but where that dream ends up is our decision. We are the creators of reality. The power existing within the world is the same power that exists within us all and with that power, comes magnificent landscape designs that grow and move as the people within it. The future isn't modern geometry; it's not open fields of historic plantations. The future

is innovation; it lives and breathes as we do, because [we] define “Possible.
