CANCELLATION

Policy

Traveling right now, especially internationally, comes with many questions around COVID safety, requirements, and restrictions. We take the safety of those traveling with us very seriously. In us worrying about it, you won’t have to. We monitor travel requirements and restrictions closely and will share all necessary information directly with clients. We have incorporated an updated cancellation policy that we hope will help clients feel confident when traveling with us.

PAYMENTS A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 to 90 days prior to arrival. Some exceptions may apply, please contact a villa consultant to learn more.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY If a reservation must be canceled due to local, national, or international border closures caused by COVID-19, a full credit for up to 12 months from the original booking arrival date will be applied. Credits may also be issued on a case-by-case basis for circumstances related to COVID-19 that do not include border closures. Lacure can provide travel insurance at the time of your booking, if you’re interested.
