WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

I want to let you know how incredible Brigid and I find Alexis. We met him several years ago when we were dealing with Eden Rock properties. I have been traveling to St. Barths 2 to 4 times per year for over a decade. During that time, I have used WIMCO, St. Barth Properties, St. Barth Blue, Eden Rock and Le Barthelemy. During that time, I have had many concierge and Alexis is the best without question.

In fact, it was because of Alexis that I switched from Eden Rock to Le Barthelemy. Please do not underestimate how much this means. We have many friends that frequent the island as well and have told them all to switch to Le Barthelemy –because of Alexis.

He has our reservation requests taken care of immediately, he is so quiet in the mornings we never notice when breakfast is left, he knows all the people we need to contact and goes above and beyond all the time.

Let me give you one specific example:

A few years ago, the night before we needed to leave, I had received a parking ticket from the Prefectorate (I parked too close to Eddy’s sidewalk driveway). Sunday morning, the Prefectorate was closed and I could not pay the ticket. I did not want to leave the rental car company to pay the bill and was unsure how to take care of things. Alexis volunteered. I left my money with him, and the next day, once we were gone, he went to the Police station, paid our bill, got us a stamped receipt and mailed me all the receipts. He did not need to do this at all. It made a lasting impression.
