German-born, but raised in Anguilla, Olivia Geyer has always had a penchant for service. Her early years were spent interning at luxury hotels and assisting high net worth clients with travel arrangements on the island. This love for hospitality eventually led her back to Germany where she successfully completed a double bachelors degree in Hospitality Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences. Having both an international background as well as a diverse set of experiences working for some of the world’s most recognized hotels (Hay Adams in Washington D.C.) and luxury hotel brands (Four Seasons) Olivia has honed a unique sensibility and unrivaled intuition that comes with experience and trial. This rich and nuanced experience continues to fuel her to this day. Her desire to curate luxurious, personalized experiences and combine that with exceptional customer service is a testament to her commitment and passion.

Since joining Lacure in 2020, Olivia has led the concierge team as well as spearheaded the creation of the “Experiences” department, allowing for a more scalable, predictable and holistic customer service experience. In early 2023, she has decided to apply her learnings into a new role overseeing Lacure’s most valued clients. The newly formed “Lacure Private Travel Group” will allow Olivia to leverage her knack for best in class service with her global network to create customized itineraries and dream vacations for Lacure’s most esteemed clientele.

In her new role as Senior Director of Private Client Group, Olivia will lean in her deep network of Michelin star chefs, luxury car brokers, private air and luxury yacht companies in addition to her entrenched relationships with hospitality groups and luxury hotels to create what Lacure likes to call “Exceptional Travel”.
