Dance is hidden language of my soul & benefits of dancing I am live example. My energy high & happy mindset achievable by my dancing practice.
Dancing is the not only physical exercise but it keeps you happy, mentally stress free. While dancing you focus on music as well as body parts movements, you enjoy fullest Definitely Dance is the best way to be fit as per my experience. We all human beings dance when we are happy and celebrating something.
I have started dancing when I was 3 years old. I was fortunate that my mom understood my love for music at that age and enrolled me for Indian classical dance called Bharatanatyam. (an ancient Indian classical dance form) I have learned from the roots for 14 years of my life. Constant practice and learning this dance form gave me lots of positive points. Body flexibility, Correct posture of the body, focus , face expressions , expressing feelings ,hand and feet co- ordination ,cardio exercise , being happy Dance has given me all that I can look for as a fit body with soul.
All dance forms from all nationalities have similar positive points. all dance forms we have to learn and then practice to be perfect. I have learned not only Indian classical also few lessons for ballet, belly dancing, salsa & contemporary to know my body limits. All dance forms are unique and need dedication.
Now I have my own style which is perfect mixture of all to benefit Female body specially. Dancing improves Body language and gives you more confidence to be in your skin Dancing on stage is like meditation for me. You experience a different world when you are performing ……I am sure all you agree
In India there are 7 classical dance forms completely different from each other and many folk dance forms believe me its tuff to learn all of them. All dancing forms have grace and deep meaning I feel Belly dancing in all middle eastern countries is graceful and tuff to learn.
