Ultimate Tomato Salsa Ingredients 4-6 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped½ red onion, very finely chopped1 small garlic clove, choppedsplash of white wine vinegar½ lime, juiced½ bunch of coriander, roughly choppedMethod Combine the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, white wine vinegar, lime juice and coriander in a bowl.
