Registered Aquatic Fitness Programs This Winter, the Aquatic Team at Ladysmith Parks, Recreation and Culture is pleased to offer a variety of Aquatic Fitness Classes designed with all fitness levels, goals and interests in mind. Rules and regulations surrounding COVID-19 do not allow for drop-in participation at this time. Because of this, classes have been scheduled MONTHLY, allowing you to register for a smaller period (average 3-4 classes). Registration allows instructors to properly prepare for class sizes, and allows the team to communicate to participants any changes to programming or additional safety measures that may arise. The programs below are included in punch passes. Please note, while you can use your punch passes, you must still register in advance for the entire month, due to compliance with the Provincial Health protocols. If you do not have a punch pass, registration prices for these programs are dependent on AGE (age drop-in rate X number of sessions = registration price).
