This class contains two elements; FLOW and YIN. We will start class with a flow through an invigorating sequence of yoga poses where yogis are encouraged to be playful and celebrate the pairing of movement and breath. The second part of class, the Yin part, is a quieter practice where the body receives a deep stretch to the ligaments and connective tissues. The true effort in Yin Yoga is balanced between calming the tension in the body and quieting a busy overactive mind. FJCC Upper Hall Fridays, September 16 - October 28 M
