Non è una fabbrica: è un gesto sociale. Non è un capannone: è un nuovo approccio mentale. Non è un miraggio: è un’oasi tra scatole di cemento. Dal progetto dell’ architetto Italo Chiucchini nasce “LAGOFABBRICA”, la nonfabbrica che produce, in quanto concepita secondo i principali criteri di bioedilizia domestica. Qui materie nobili inusuali per le industrie si incontrano: sistemi architettonici a misura d’uomo creano sequenze armoniche di falde inclinate, travi in legno, mattoni e vetro, cotto, acciaio e alluminio. Qui dentro e fuori vivono in simbiosi, uniti dalla trasparenza che accoglie la luce naturale e i suoi effetti benefici su corpo e psiche. Qui le polveri vengono trattenute dal sistema di climatizzazione con riscaldamento radiante a pavimento, permettendo agli occhi di ammirare il cielo dal soffitto e dai finestroni affacciati sulla campagna. Qui la passerella sospesa buca il soffitto con travi di legno lamellare, donando nuovi punti di vista sullo show-room. E’ nato un nuovo universo. Al suo centro non solo quello che si fa, ma chi lo fa: l’uomo.

It is not a factory: it is a social gesture. It is not an industrial shed: it is a new mental approach. It is not a mirage: it is an oasis among cement boxes. The project of the Italian architect Chiucchini resulted into ‘LAGOFABBRICA’, the non-factory that produces because it has been conceived according to residential bioconstruction criteria. Noble materials have been used that are usually not found in industrial buildings: man-tailored architectural systems create harmonious sequences of slanted pitches, wooden beams, bricks and glass, ceramics, steel and aluminium. The inside and the outside live in symbiosis here; they are linked by the transparency that lets sunlight in together with its beneficial effects on body and mind. Here, dust is trapped by the air conditioning system with floor heating, thus enabling people to stare at the sky through the ceiling and from the large windows looking on the countryside. Here, the hanging gangway goes through the ceiling pierced by laminboard beams, thus offering new observation points on the showroom. A new universe has been created. At the centre of this universe there is not what is done, but the one who does it: the human being. Es ist keine Fabrik: es ist eine soziale Geste. Hier treffen für die Industrie ungewöhnliche, außerordentliche Materien aufeinander: architektonische Systeme nach Menschenmaß schaffen harmonische Sequenzen aus Walmdächern, Holzträgern, Backsteinen und Glas, Ton, Stahl und Aluminium. Hier lebt man drinnen und draußen in Symbiose, dank der Transparenz, die das natürliche Licht mit seiner wohltuenden Auswirkung auf Körper und Psyche aufnimmt. Hier wird der Staub durch das Klimatisierungssystem mit Fußbodenstrahlungsheizung aufgefangen und die Augen können durch die Decke und die auf die Fluren zeigenden großen Fenster den Himmel bewundern. Hier durchbricht der hängende Laufsteg die Decke mit Trägern aus Lamellenholz, wodurch der Showroom neue Blickwinkel bietet. Es wurde ein neues Universum geboren.
