With good exposure to all swell directions and a good mix of sand bottom beach break and patchy reefs, surfers can find some great rides year-round. Grab board shorts for 77-degree summer water temps and fullsuits for the cool 57-degree winter water. Before paddling out, always know the current conditions and understand surfing etiquette. Visit delmar.ca.us/209/Surfing.
