Lover of Lakes and Mountains the most. Inspired by everything. Quotes mostly dead presidents - and Aesop’s fables. Speaks in water analogies, not on purpose and only goal in life is to make it count.
JUSTIN GRADDY - MULTI-MEDIA PROFESSIONAL
Justin Graddy is a multi-media professional photographer/videographer/ web specialist who has established himself in the hospitality field all across the U.S. for many years. A native Minnesotan, Justin strongly believes in growing and organizing community amongst fellow business owners and tourism bureaus within each demographic he services to. He is the sole owner of Buffalo Media Group which provides media all across the U.S. to resorts, lodges, hotels, and western guest ranches. From Bristol Bay, Alaska to the warm waters of Belize and everything in between, he covers a lot of ground every season.
JESSIE STEIGAUF - CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Finding inspiration in nature and always enthusiastic about learning something new. Jessie loves spending time at her rustic family cabin north of Grand Rapids, MN. You will likely find her painting, kayaking, four-wheeling, or exploring the outdoors with her two adventurous sons and husband. Family is the center of her world. Her love for nature and creativity are combined perfectly in her role at Lake and Company.
JESSICA TOK - OWNER STILLWATER, MN
With a stellar career of sales and marketing as her horsepower, Jess is entering into the retail and event world of Lake and Company in Stillwater, MN. Mother of two energetic kids and her yellow lab, Max. Her connection to nature finds her hiking through the trails of parks and floating on the St. Croix River. She has an adventurous goal with her children to visit all National Parks in the US.
MANDI YLINIEMI - OWNER CROSBY, MN
Owner of Red Threads, a custom apparel store on mainstreet, Crosby, and mother of three daughters, Mandi joins the team with a passion for business and an outdoor lifestyle. She will be merging both businesses in the new location in Crosby, MN.
ANNA SLADEK - OWNER MOUNTAIN AND COMPANY
Mountain lover...coffee addict...yoga enthusiast...outdoor junkie. Anna Sladek is the vibrant and dynamic owner of Mountain and Company, a Steamboat Springs-based business that’s all about embracing the great outdoors. Anna is not only a devoted entrepreneur but also a loving mother to two adorable girls. Her life is wonderfully complemented by her supportive husband, Stefan, who shares her passion for adventure.

I am a Texan by origin but a mountain enthusiast by choice. Fueled by a deep love for coffee and an unwavering spontaneity, I thrive in the realm of marketing and graphic design.
