Exciting New Plans To ensure that our hotel continues to delight our guests, we have exciting plans underway for 2017 and into 2018. Following on from a complete new look to the ground floor, the Lodore Falls will be opening a new dining experience, introducing eighteen new bedroom suites and creating a luxurious Spa. This carefully planned development is a priority to us, and we will do everything in our power to ensure these works do not impact on our guest’s experience.
Function Room & Conservatory The Lodore function room will receive a makeover plus a conservatory extension on the garden side of the room. This will give private parties extra breakout space during their event. Opens August 2017.

New Dining Experience A brand new 70 seater restaurant offering a new dining concept with an open plan kitchen, fabulous bar area with relaxed seating and a riverside terrace for al fresco dining. Opens January 2018
The Lake District Spa Located inside are 5 treatment rooms, a 4 person rasul, champagne & deli bar, and a thermal suite comprising of a laconium, aroma steam room, herbal sauna, salt steam room, ice fountain, drench showers and heated relaxation loungers. Outside, the pièce de résistance of the Lake District Spa is the 16 metre hydro pool with volcano fountain, neck jets, underwater loungers and an amazing overflow hot tub with spectacular views to Derwentwater and the Catbells mountain range - possibly the best selfie location in the Lake District!
