Submit Documents
Submit the documents required to support your application. These include transcripts and may include English language test scores, or other program-specific documents as requested.
UNDERGRADUATE APPLICANTS:
Digital (email): Digital transcripts must be emailed directly to Lakehead University from your institution: docs.admission@lakeheadu.ca
Physical copy (mail): If you are mailing transcripts, please send them to: Lakehead University

GRADUATE APPLICANTS:
Digital (upload): Upload your unofficial documents to your online application. After you receive your Conditional Letter of Acceptance, have your institution email official transcripts directly to: gstudent@lakeheadu.ca
Physical copy (mail): If official documents have not been sent digitally, mail official documents after you receive your Conditional Letter of Acceptance:

Initialize Your Lakehead Email
Initialize your Lakehead email account using the login information sent to you in your Acknowledgment Email and check it regularly for updates from Lakehead about your application, course registration, orientation, travel preparation, and more.
Check The Status Of Your Application
After you apply, we will send you an Acknowledgment Email with your Lakehead student ID and login information to access the student portal.
UNDERGRADUATE APPLICANTS:
To check the status of your application, log into the student portal and go to Admissions > My Applications. If you are admitted to an undergraduate program, you will see the Letter of Acceptance under “My Admission Letters.”
GRADUATE APPLICANTS: Monitor the status of your application in the application portal. If you are admitted to a graduate program, you will receive your official Letter of Acceptance by email in your Lakehead account.
