Prospect Cards – prepare the business card portion of your prospect cards by writing, stamping or labeling with your contact information. Presentation Portfolio – The list on the left should help you organize a beautiful portfolio. Be sure to insert everything in sheet protectors so that it stays neat and clean.
CONNECT CONNECTING is all about having a passion for sharing Soul Purpose with others. Your passion should be fueled by your love for the products, your belief in the business opportunity and your desire to empower others. Remember, it’s never an imposition when you share something wonderful! When you engage someone in conversation, let them know you want to share the “hottest new products on the market” with them and that they will be among the first in the area to sample them. Share which is your favorite fragrance as you present your JOURNEY OF THE SENSES Scent Sampler. Ask them what type of scents they prefer (see page one) and allow them to smell 2-3 solids, then sample their favorite. Let them know you would like to contact them in a day or two to tell them more about SOUL PURPOSE while giving them prospect card to complete. Finally, tear off business card to leave with them. AHH-NEW TIP: Don’t over talk. Be personable, get their information, set a specific time/date to call them and be done! information
CONVERT Your success in CONVERT contacts to entrepreneurs will be highly dependent upon building relationships. To help you master these skills,, the following g are some keyy steps p in the p process that yyou should follow: 1. After every connection, take a few moments to write notes on the prospect card that will help you remember the person (such as a haircut, scarf, shoes, car, diamond ring, etc) . Note what was of greatest interest to them (products, debt freedom, leaving corporate, children’s education, etc). Lastly, note which FRAGRANCE they chose to sample. 2. Complete a “soulful” note/postcard. To the cards you’ve already prepared, add a note specific to this person, dab a bit of the fragrance they choose on the card, sign it and add their mailing address. DROP ALL CARD(S) IN THE MAILBOX BEFORE YOU GO HOME. 3. Once you get home, add your new contact to your database for future marketing campaigns (inviting them to local events, sending new product announcements or press releases). 4. Call your new business contact at the appointed time. Most likely they will be happy to hear from you after receiving your card.
Make leading statements that will encourage them to talk about the product fragrance like, “Everyday I get
compliments p when I wear Thai Water Lily” y or “My y husband loves Zanzibar. “ 5. Tell them you’re not going to take much of their time, but you are excited to tell them more about Soul Purpose. Invite them to: the Tuesday night Prosperity Call, team call, local meeting or to meet you at Starbucks for a cup of coffee. (Be ready with your fully stocked SP Bag when you meet them!) 6. Get to the main question! Are they interested in having their own business? Are they interested in hosting a lifestyle party? Are they interested in buying products? Sometimes it may be a combination…they want to host a party; but want to buy products now! The sooner you get your answer, the better because you’ll know how to proceed. 7. Continue to FOLLOW-UP with each person until you get your answer. Take hints from their language. Remember, a no just means “not right now”! So, FOLLOW-UP until you achieve the success YOU DESERVE!
