The lake is located just east of Center Harbor with a small section of the lake visible from Route 25. Most of the shoreline of the l Lake is sandy and the home lots are wooded. My favorite hiking trail is located on the backside of the lake. Red Hill Trail has fantastic views of Squam and Winnipesaukee from the active fire tower at the top. Shopping, restaurants, are located in Center Harbor, Meredith and all the golf, hiking trails and attractions, that the Winnipesaukee area has to offer.
