Excludes facilities and activities traditionally provided by private providers such golf, indoor rock climbing, gyms/fitness centres etc. Also excludes aquatic facilities, active recreation pursuits such as mountain biking, cycling, outdoor rock climbing, trail running, skateboarding, yoga, sailing, kayaking, swimming, surf lifesaving.

Planning for these spaces, places and activities are subject to other existing or future strategies.
