14 • The Iowa Reunion Club will host their January event, the “IRC Lake Thaw”for all current 2023 and 2022 Iowa Reunion Club members. Held at Willowes restaurant east of Camdenton on “A” Road from 5:30-7 p.m. Members will order off the menu. This is the first of 12 events scheduled by the club for this year. The Iowa Reunion Club, celebrating their 29th year on the lake, is for former Iowans, and part time Iowans, that live at the Lake Of The Ozarks. Membership is $10 per year, per household to join the Iowa Reunion Club, one of the oldest and largest clubs on the lake. 19 • The Lake Area Parkinson’s Support Group will meet at noon and exercise group at 11:30. Remember if school is out due to bad weather, the group is canceled. Start the New Year by meeting and sharing lunch (bring a dish) and talking with others in similar shoes. It’s always good to learn how to handle different situations and get other opinions and views.
