8 • The 4th annual Father/ Daughter Dance will be held at La Roca Club from 7-10 p.m. “A Night of Butterfly Kisses” will include music, dancing, games and snacks. Cost is $25/couple or $10 per person.

9 • Bids & Bubbly, a Quarter Auction fundraiser for the TriCounty YMCA will be held at the Lodge of Four Seasons. Dinner, cocktails and a quarter raffle and live auction will be a part of the semi-formal event. 16 • The city of Osage Beach and Victory Church will host an Easter Egg Hunt at the Osage Beach City Park from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Hunting will be done starting at 12 p.m. in various age groups. Face painting, balloon animals, photos with the Easter Bunny and hot dogs will be served for free.

17 • Captain Ron’s annual Easter Sunday Family Celebration will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. with a brunch buffet. Cost is $20 for adults and $10 for kids. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 10 a.m. with the Easter Bunny on hand for photos. 19 • Camden County Republican Club’s April meeting will feature U.S. Rep. Billy Long, candidate for U.S. Senate. 21 • The Lake Area Federation of Democrats Board has announced Adam Sommer, host on the Heartland Pod, a podcast helping to bring attention to the issues facing folks across the heartland. will be guest speaker at a program at Seven Springs Winer, 846 Winery Hills Estate, Linn Creek. 21-23 • The 71st annual Dogwood Festival will be held in Camdenton April 21-23. The theme this year is “Small Town Proud.” A carnival, vendors, craft fair, entertainment and other events will be held. 30 • Missouri Forget Me Not Horse Rescue and Sanctuary will hold an Adoption Jamboree at 981 Heritage Road, Linn Creek. Show-Me Your Rescue will take place at 9 a.m., MFMN Adoptable Horses Showcase at 10 a.m., a Horse show at 2 p.m. and an Obstacle Trail Challenge at 5 p.m. There will be open concessions, sponsorship opportunities and a chance to meet new friends and have fun.
