21-23 • The 71st annual Dogwood Festival will be held in Camdenton April 21-23. The theme this year is “Small Town Proud.” A carnival, vendors, craft fair, entertainment and other events will be held. 22 • A semi-annual garage sale will be held to benefit Meowtown from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.at the 4 Seasons POA Campground (187 Campground Rd., Lake Ozark). New and like-new clothing, baby items, artwork, shoes, lamps, kitchenware and many other items will be for sale.

22 & 23 • A Melodrama & Spaghetti Supper will be held at the Camden County Museum with dinner at 5:30 p.m. and the play at 7 p.m. Cost is $20 per person. The melodrama performance of “Peril on the High Seas” is limited and reservations are strongly suggested. Tickets are $20 per person. 23 • The Iowa Reunion Club will host its annual event, the “27th Annual Iowa Reunion Dinner”, for all current 2022 Iowa Reunion Club members. This event will be held at Ozark Grill south of Camdenton on Lake Road 5-65 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Contact Bil Cooper at 573-480-4601 to learn how to join the club and for information on this event, or go to the Iowa Reunion Club’s web site at www.iowareunionclub.com. 23 • Crossover Music Festival is hosting a Sporting Clay Fundraiser at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. At 51 Trapshooters Road, Linn Creek. The cause is providing direction and hope to homeless teens in the Lake area. 23 • A sporting clay tournament fundraiser will be held at 51 Trapshooters Road in Linn Creek. The event benefits the Crossover Music Festival which provides direction and hope to homeless teens at Lake of the Ozarks. Cost is $100 and includes shells and lunch. 27 • Bingo will be played at the Elks Lodge in Laurie. Doors open at 3 p.m. with play at 4 p.m. Food/snacks available. This is a final Bingo event and progressives will be paid.

28 • Civil War Roundtable will meet at 6 p.m. at the Camden County Museum in Linn Creek. Anyone who is interested in learning more about the Civil War, Post-Civil War and the Indian Wars is welcome to attend.

28-30 • The Morgan County Library will host their annual book sale. Fill a bag for $10 (no individual books sold). Hours are Thursday 5-7 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

30 • Missouri Forget Me Not Horse Rescue and Sanctuary will hold an Adoption Jamboree at 981 Heritage Road, Linn Creek. Show-Me Your Rescue will take place at 9 a.m., MFMN Adoptable Horses Showcase at 10 a.m., a Horse show at 2 p.m. and an Obstacle Trail Challenge at 5 p.m. There will be open concessions, sponsorship opportunities and a chance to meet new friends and have fun. 5-8 • The 34th annual Magic Dragon Street Meet Car Show will be held along the Bagnell Dam Strip. A maximum of 1,000 participants register their vehicles in a variety of classes. Thursday is participant registration at Mount Carmel Baptist Church. 7 • Lake Regional Hospital will host the 13th annual Fun Run/ Walk. Check-in begins at 7 a.m. in the parking lot with the run starting at 8 a.m. All proceeds will benefit the Lake Regional Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation department.Registration is $30. Medals will be awarded in various age groups.
