Lights of Love is an annual free community gathering hosted by the Iredell Health Foundation to honor a caregiver or in memory of a loved one. This year’s event will be December 7th and 8th and you can purchase a tree ornament for the holiday tree in the lobby of both the Mooresville campus and the Statesville Hospital. Both events will run 6 –where you can get out, help 8 p.m. Proceeds benefi t the Cancer Patientout, and give back this Support Fund at Iredell Health System. All proceeds benefi t Barre Belle, a non-profi t 501(c)(3) organization that provides free ballet and yoga classes to underserved students in the local Charlotte arts community.

Non-profi t 501(c)(3) organization, Piedmont Dance Theatre, will be presenting its 20th anniversary production of The Nutcracker at the Mooresville Performing Arts Center on December 3rd (2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.). The performance will also be held on December 17th (6:30 p.m.) and December18th (2:30 p.m.) at Keppel Auditorium—Catawba College.
