CHILLIN’ …
PAMPER YOUR PEEPERS!
Soak a hand towel in water, spray it with lavender, and chill it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before you get into your bubble bath or faux steam room. Once you’re ready to relax, grab your chilled towel and place it over your face and breathe in while your worries melt away.
Try slices of cucumber, soaked green tea bags, or slices of potatoes. The tea’s caffeine will help constrict the appearance of blood vessels and the antioxidants will reduce inflammation. Potatoes and cucumbers are also a natural way to reduce puffiness and swelling.
TIPS, SET THE TONE.
AHHH … STEAMY!
& HACKS
Run your shower as hot as possible (with all the doors closed) for a few extra minutes before getting into your bubble bath. Also, tie a bouquet of eucalyptus around your shower head to really bring in the natural spa energy and aroma.

EASY FACIALS.
To really make it feel spa-inspired, make some infused “spa waters.” Flavoring a pitcher of water with strawberries and mint, citrus and cucumbers, or berries will make your experience more luxurious and help keep you hydrated! Of course a nice glass of wine is très bien as is a nice cup of hot tea—try chamomile, mint, or lavender tea for ultimate relaxation.
Mash half a ripe banana with honey and baking soda. When the ingredients are well-mixed, gently apply it to your face. The mask might feel runny at first, but it should dry quickly. Let the mask sit for at least 10 minutes before washing it off.
