Crystal Lagoon Excitement At Pulte Homes

o community in Tampa Bay has generated as much excitement as Epperson and its Crystal Lagoon in Wesley Chapel. Pulte Homes has been building homes at Epperson since the community opened last April. And in just eight months, its sales team has sold 40 homes, and recently began selling homes in its second phase of 207 home sites. “The energy at Epperson is contagious.
