Porter University of Art & Design concentrates its attention on a contemporary style based on sustainable design, and biophilic design philosophy. The biophilic design elements incorporated into this structure are composed of environmental features such as plants, water sound, air quality, natural vistas and eco-friendly materials, organic shapes, forms, patterns and processes; and daylight and open space. These elements will promote long-term sustainability of restoring the connection to the space; and enhance a positive human-nature relationship in the interior environment.

The design of the Bersara Hotel centers its attention ina contemporary scheme based on dark colors and textures to create a dramatic look. The modern envirnment will be composed of concrete walls, marble stones, certified wood materials and elements from nature placed around the area.

The interior design will be focused on eclectic styles, geometric shapes, and contemporary desgin, to evoke a harmonic and balanced ambiance that promotes.

Enhance Healthcare Center is dedicated to providing integrated health service to students to balance the body, mind, and soul. Space will be contemporary with colors inspired in the Blue Lotus flower, a flower with a symbolic meaning of purity of the body, speech, and mind. Blue hue to represent credibility, professionalism, and cleanliness. Yellows to bring freshness, positivity, energy, and enthusiam.

Globally: It is our major goal to promote efficient medical services that contribute health and wellbeing for everyone.

Locally: Provide medical services and alternative healthcare for students from the local area. Give them the opportunity to prevent and promote health, all in one multidisciplinary space.

Individually: Provide preventive medicine services in conjuction with general medical assistance and minor procedure emergencies.

Pixco Animations CO N C E P T S TAT E M E N T

PixCo Animation’s Design centers its attention on a contemporary style with colorful effect accents. The animated film Río was the main inspiration for this combination. The primary goal is to combine a modern style with dramatic colors, just as seen in the animated fill. The thought behind this decision is to inspire an upbeat mood, positive energy and strong motivation sensation in the working team. The modern environment will be composed by open spaces, panoramic glasses, white and concrete walls, stones and local materials placed around the area.

Japanese Culture Residence CO N C E P T S TAT E M E N T

Contemporary, sophisticated and comfortable are the key elements to create an urban atmosphere inspired by Japanese Modern architecture. Geometric shapes will be introduced with furniture pieces selected based on the blend between the building and the nature were the house Is located. Double Height wood ceilings in the social area of the house to create spacious sceneries . White marble flooring through the house to create a flow from the entrance to the back mountain scenery, which will invite the guess to come in and enjoy the magnificent view created by the the floor to ceiling panoramic windows.

Gianluca Bonetti’s Atelier design will be inspired by a minimalist style combined with the Kaleidoscope effect accents. Open spaces, white walls, glass, and stone materials will be placed around the area to provide a sophisticated touch. The combination of lines, geometric shapes, and iconic furniture will evoke a contemporary sense in the area that creates a harmonic and balanced ambiance that promotes the desired feeling of luxury and stylishness to the customers.
