Words at Work: The Marketplace 2

A shopping trip can be fun, tiring, frustrating, exciting, or challenging. How do you feel about shopping?

Write a paragraph telling about one shopping trip that stands out from all the rest. Did you get a great bargain? Did you have an interesting or embarrassing experience? Did you meet someone unusual? In your paragraph, use at least three of these “marketplace” words: customers, discount, coupon, clerk, bar code, bargain.
